Join Us for a Guided Tour
We’d love to welcome you for an official tour of Koinonia Farm! While we ask that reservations be made in advance for an official tour (typically at 10:00 a.m. or 1:00), if you find yourself in the area, feel free to stop by. Though we can’t always guarantee an official tour without a reservation, there’s usually someone available to show you around. Our doors are always open, and we look forward to welcoming you to our community!
Explore Koinonia Farm
There’s so much to discover on a tour of Koinonia Farm! Curious about how pecans are harvested? We’ll guide you through our three pecan plants and walk you through the entire process. A highlight of the tour is our bakery, especially the chocolate room! If you’re a history enthusiast, Koinonia Farm is recognized as a Georgia Historical Site, and you won’t want to miss our temporary museum. Visitors also enjoy exploring our gardens and meeting the farm animals. Your tour can start with a screening of the Emmy Award-winning documentary Briars in the Cotton Patch, an excellent introduction to Koinonia’s rich history. You’ll also have the opportunity to stroll through our orchards, where you can see Clarence Jordan’s Writing Shack—where he penned much of his work. We can’t wait to show you around!
The suggested donation for a guided or spontaneous tour is $5 plus tax for adults and $3 plus tax for children. Reserve your spot below.
